Brian Price is an assistant professor at California College of the Arts where he teaches advanced studios and leads the “Latent Politics” thesis research group. His San Francisco practice,A�Price Studio, was founded in 2012 and participates in a diverse range of work including built and speculative architecture, publications, and conferences. He was previously a founder of PARA-Project, an award-winning New York based design practice. Price was a finalist in the 2009 MoMA/P.S.1 Young Architects Program and winner of the Architecture League of New Yorka��s Young Architects Forum Award in 2007. He has received a Graham Foundation Grant for the international symposium a�?Para-Thesisa�? held at Columbia’s GSAPP. Price has taught at Yale University, UC Berkeley, the Boston Architecture Center, and Barnard-Columbia College where he was named the Emergent Architect in 2008. He is a fellow of the AcadA�mie da��Architecture of France and has been an invited juror at Harvard, Columbia, Yale, and Pratt. He holds the Master of Architecture with Distinction from Harvard Universitya��s Graduate School of Design.
