Event: Vibrant Cities: Nightlife

Join us as the California College of the Arts collaborates with California Academy of Sciences for their annual Nightlife event. Each year students in various undergraduate and graduate design programs create interactive exhibitions that follow a specific theme. This year’s theme is Vibrant Cities. Vibrant Cities engages with the arts, nature, and people — caring for and designing systems that ensure the long-term health and durability for all people. The series illustrates how human systems would benefit more from creative leadership. Urban Works Agency is installing board games called Win-Win that play out sea level rise in four Bay Area neighborhoods, and a pop-up version of the exhibition The City and the City: Housing the Next 100,000, currently at SPUR.
