Workshop for CCA Design Fellows
July and September, 2017
Five CCA Architecture students have been selected as Design Fellows at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Fellows will join a collaborative group including YBCA Youth Fellows (https://www.ybca.org/ybcayouth-fellows) to study the political dynamics of urban planning surrounding the Yerba Buena Center. Participants will document spatial politics and imagine distant futures by interviewing decision-makers, visiting significant sites, and creating drawings and models to share their visions at an upcoming exhibition at YBCA. Yerba Buena 3000 is a partnership of Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, Hector, and Urban Works Agency and Center for Art and Public Life at California College of the Arts.
