The Urban Works Agency is happy to announce that Janette Kim will join Neeraj Bhatia in co-directing the UWA. Janette is an architectural designer and researcher whose work focuses on design and the politics of ecology. She is principal of the design practice All of the Above, founding editor of ARPA Journal, and Assistant Professor at CCA. Prior to her recent appointment at CCA, Janette held faculty positions at Syracuse University and the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, where she directed the Applied Research Practices in Architecture initiative and the Urban Landscape Lab.

Assistant Professor Antje Steinmuller has been appointed as an Associate Director of the Urban Works Agency. Antje is a principal at Studio URBIS whose research focuses on temporary urban strategies and their capacity to inform longer-term urban development.

Lastly, Adjunct Professor Christopher Roach has been appointed as an Associate Director of the Urban Works Agency. Chris is a partner of Studio VARA, whose research examines the relationship between architecture and urbanism from the scale of housing to hydrogeographies.
