CCA Architecture was on the news! NBC Bay Area's 5pm newscast featured CCA Architecture's multi-year, multi-course collaboration with the community of Greenville, CA. CCA Architecture students, working closely with Greenville residents in seven courses taught by faculty members Janette Komoda Kim (a UWA director), Peter Anderson, Margaret Ikeda, Lisa Findley, Mark Donohue, and James Graham, explored strategies and developed proposals to aid the town in its recovery from the Dixie Fire of 2021.
The NBC Story by Joe Rosato Jr. (@joewilly557) features current CCA students Melissa Gomes, Ben Grisley, and Manthan Rasal and includes work by many of the extraordinary students who particpated in this important project. Thanks and congratulation to all who gave their time, talent, and energy to this beautiful endeavor! The effort was the spearheaded by CCA MArch Alumnus Tyler Pew (@tylermpew) and supported by #DixieFireCollaborative.
