Project Background:The California College of the Arts Architecture Division (in a seminar led by UWA Director Janette Komoda Kim) and SOMOS Mayfair have collaborated to design a board game focused on housing cooperatives. The game aims to help member-owners learn how to make collective decisions and navigate the challenges of communal living within a cooperative housing model.
